About ME

I started my real estate career in 2005 as a 21-year-old inquisitive, driven and compelling individual, which are traits I carry with me today. I experienced much success and was awarded the top rookie agent my first year with my first real estate company. But, early on success can be daunting and facing up to a great recession was a difficult task I wasn’t ready to handle at the time. Attending college full-time while working as a real estate agent, my grades started to decline so I decided to take a break from real estate and focus on building myself up and finishing school. A few years after that I was blessed to have beautiful twin daughters and a couple years after that I was blessed with my wonderful son. Once my family was established I decided it would be a great time to get back into the real estate business and spread my roots. I had became older, wiser and equipped with experience so I calibrated my strategies and process to give my clients the best possible buying or selling experience ever.

My interest in the business of real estate developed initially while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Cal State University Fullerton. I realized the importance of creating a strong foundation in life to help stave off the negative realities in it. Creating a firm foundation for life is much like building a home and once it is built if the foundation is not solid it will crack and break under pressure. Without having a firm foundation in life, things can become more challenging and could potentially lead people into making some of the wrong decisions in life. Studies show that children raised in a stable home will have less anxiety and a higher threshold of security. This creates in a child a stronger sense of self and a deeper sense of independence. Your child will learn to depend on their on resources and capacities, allowing them to become self-actualized. So, I decided I wanted to educate people on the importance and the benefits of owning a home and to help people find their way to owning a piece of land they could call their own.

My clients remain the number one priority and I put a great deal of energy into growing and maintaining these long-lasting relationships. I pay careful attention to every step of the process from gaining the trust of my client, getting an offer written and accepted, and negotiating the deal then working towards a successful closing. My clients benefit from the network I have built including mortgage lenders, escrow officers, title officers, home inspectors and appraisers in order to make sure every client’s needs are satisfied. I have a strong ability to advise on properly pricing your home, develop a marketing strategy, negotiate fiercely, and building strong rapports with other agents to allow for smoother deals from the first offer to the close of escrow. My goal is to save you stress and time and to get you through your transaction as smooth as possible.
